The average unit sold price during January is 196,646 and the median price is 165,000. The average unit sold at 95% of the listed price. This indicates that the units that are selling under little downward price pressure and also show that properties that are priced correctly still sell near the asking price.

January Pensacola Real Estate Sales
January Pensacola residential real estate sales, as of February 8, 2008, are at 265 units. When you look at the Graph below you will see this number of units sold is consistent with sales volumes in January 2000. This number of sales is indicative of a "Normal Real Estate Market". The number of properties listed is still high but is 4% lower than January 2007.
