The 5 day sale is a good analogy; if you show up when the doors open you will find some great deals. If you wait to the last day of the sale, you get picked over items that no one else wants.
This is exactly what is happening right now in the real estate market today. Inventories are dropping down over 8% of last year as the best values are being sold!The bottom of the market is an illusion; don’t chase a pot of gold. Buy like a businessman, an investor seeking value, before the best values are gone.
